Scott McDonald - Chief Operating Officer/ VP of Ops
As the Chief Operating Officer, Scott directs and coordinates all activities of the Employees and Subcontractors. He defines project budgets, inspects facilities and validates suggestions for allocation of crews, equipment and procedural changes. He audits subcontractors for compliance, performance and billing as well as overseeing the procurement of equipment, supplies and material. Scott has over twenty-five years of Industry experience.

Ben Murphy - Executive Project Manager
In addition to being part of the owners group, Ben serves as the Executive Project Manager for North Country Facilities Management. Ben’s winter focus is managing North Country’s largest sites.

Michael Merrill - Chief Executive Officer/ President
As Chief Executive Officer, Michael focuses on the business and continuity of North Country’s brands. He has over twenty years of management experience with North Country and Darden Restaurants. Michael is active in the Snow and Ice Management Industry providing ongoing training and mentoring of snow and ice professionals. Michael is the former Chair of SIMA’s Education Committee and Snow Business Magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board.

Yvonne Petro - Bookkeeper
Yvonne documents all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, payments, and expenses.

Kristina Lewis - Office Manager
Krisitna's role as Office Manager supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff. Her oversite impacts Time Sensitive reporting, Compliance, Liability controls and DOT Compliance.
